Objekt je vrlo uredan, identičan kao na slici. U frižideru dostupna pića i mlijeko. Kuhinja opremljena posuđem i svime što je potrebno za boravak. Ima i kafe aparat. Kupaona također sadrži sve što vam može zatrebati za vrijeme boravka te ručnike. Parking je privatan u dvorištu zgrade i ograničen rampom. Domaćin vrlo pristojan i na raspolaganju.
