Nothing. Took us a while to sort out hot water but was fine once we actually read the comprehensive guide. Typical males.

The flat seems nice and fresh, quite cozy. Definitely not luxury, but all felt fairly new and modern. Heating worked flawlessly, very good shower (just give it a minute to warm up) and a nice large bath. Also very comfy couch in the living room. Not so sure about the large clock, which emits little squeeks the whole time.. but as long as the TV is playing, you don't notice it (it does look nice though!). Free parking on site.

Only a few things we didn't like: 1) The very thick duvets (too thick for early september) and the abnormaly soft matrace in the bedroom near the entrance. Of course this is just our preferrence, some guests might love it this soft and this warm. 2) The TV remote needs fixing or replacing, as some previous guest has removed the "OK" button in it, which you need to select anything. We had to use a pen to press it, which got annoying after a while.
