Santa Ana 18 Suite Apartments

Very well placed apartment within 15 minute walking distance of most of the city. The flat is at the back of the building and so is fairly quiet.

Location and apartment is spacious and quite modern.

Slow communication while checking in. No extra blankets. Upper floor residents were loud every night from 10 pm to 11.30 pm and in the morning from 7 am.

Great communication from the host. The accommodation was within good walking distance to the centre. The apartment itself was perfectly fine for our group of 3.

One of the bathrooms was a bit awkward to shower in due to layout.

Very disappointing that we found the property not cleaned when we arrived. We had to contact the owner at least 6 times on the arrival date to get the apartment clean. Finally cleaned 6 Omer 6 hours later! Ruined our 1st day in Seville. If we had not followed up doubt the apartment would have been cleaned. Offered poor excuses and compensation several days later.

Very clean apartment, newly renovated. The staff assistance was quick. I will be back!
