Very clean, cosy, and a lot of space. Excellent breakfast.

Noise from outside, steep stairs.

Хорошее расположение. Просторная квартира, чисто, хороший напор воды и быстрый интернет.кондиционеры во всех трёх комнатах.Большая кухня с большим столом стульями и диваном. Эти апартаменты отличаеются в лучшую сторону от всех остальных квартир которые мы снимали в Японии своими большими размерами.

В шкафу нет полок и это было очень не удобно. Спальня тоже достаточно тесная вообще нужно понимать что это не является недостатком - эта квартира больше предназначена для проживания в японском стиле и если вы предпочитаете не спать на футонах на полу на татами ,то вы не используете большую часть помещения, плюс окна спальни выходят на улицу. Для нас-это не было проблемой ,но это может ей стать для тех у кого очень чуткий сон.

Świetnie wyposażony, przestrzenny i ładny apartament. To tego w lodówce czekała duża woda, kawa do parzenia i herbatki. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko starej części Kioto.

W sypialni czasami przeszkadza hałas z ulicy, ale nie jest to uciążliwe.

VERY spacious apartment, a sleeping room, a large tatami style lounge, a living/dining/kitchen room.Perfect location just on the edge of everything. Good food around here.

The apartment (1F) has a ventilation problem. Although everything looks new there was a slight smell of mold everywhere and a smell of urine in the toilet, that never left. Not too bad but something to work on.

Very nice townhouse, in a quiet yet very quaint neighbourhood just south of bustling Gion and Pontocho, making it very accessible on foot and especially bike to visit many of Kyoto's hotspots. Western style bed and live-in kitchen in the front, with a traditional Japanese tatami floor and fresh bathroom in the back.

The western style double bed is at the front of the house, which is the road side. Although it's a located in a quiet neighbourhood there's still traffic that can be a bit noisy if you're not used to that kind of thing. You can also opt to sleep on futons in the tatami living space, which is much quieter.

The bed was creaky meaning each time my partner moved it would make noises [he is average European built] The host made sure to provide instructions on how to get to the place and access it. Some of the communication emails were very long and too detailed. Specially regarding about not smoking and Covid restrictions. Could be a personal preference but shorter concise information goes a long way
