breakfast was nice and served on right time balcony was too small for us dinner was nice too however dinning room becomes small when raining outside

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was very good. The slides and splash area at the pool near the Spa was a very nice area for children to enjoy. The security at the resort is excellent, you feel safe during your stay. The gardens and golf course are very well maintained.

The room was not very clean, the lamp shades had fungus on them, there was dust in nooks and crannies, the headboard was also very dusty. The shower door did not close properly and water would leak out onto the floor. We reported this to management but they were unable to attend to this during our stay. The toilet door could not close at all, we were using the bathroom bin to wedge it closed. Maintenance did fix this during the first night. There's not much privacy when showering and getting dressed with the layout of the deluxe rooms. The pool near the Spa was also green.

The food was good, the reception followed up to find out if everything was ok

Service in the restaurant was quite slow. There was a conference or function on the Saturday night directly below our room and it was very noisy

The rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable

The Restaurant Staff, not well trained. They were too slow and couldn't communicate if there is a challenge. Our booking at the Restaurant was pre-arranged in advance. We arrived at 19:15 and placed our full order (both food and drinks) shortly thereafter. Despite this, it took an entire hour just to receive cans of soda drinks. Only after that one-hour delay were we informed that multiple items on the menu were unavailable - nearly half the menu. This was not communicated when the order was taken, nor were we informed at the time of our arrival. As a result, our entire table had to re-order, causing further delays.
