Meet and greet poor smaller than expected Needed refurbishment

Location, spacious, mattresses,

We asked for white bedsheets before arrival, they confirmed but it was not prepared. Sofa in living room very dirty, needs deep cleaning and there was no sheets nor blanket for 5 th person. Water preesure was bad, bathroom door cannot be locked and draining problem. We had to buy a mop also batteries for remote control and the clock in the living room and hook for towel. I sent a message that we need one blanket for sofa and a bigger cooking pot, the host said they will check but then we never got reply. Next message we receive is asking us when our flight is and of we were satisfied without answering to our request. Overall, super location but details must be taken care of.

Apartment was spotless and comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We will be back

Had a little problem with the shower draining which took a while and sometimes made the floor very wet, but easy to mop up. Pool was cold but you adapted to it.

location was great, just not the same as advertised on booking.com.# it was probably 0.5 of a mile away from where indicated. lady who we picked up the keys from was very helpful, even booked us a taxi back to the airport.

Kettle did not work in property.

Luna was fab and friendly when she met us to drop off/collect the keys and was helpful with providing local info. The patio area is great, the sofa and loungers very comfortable and has the sun for a good part of the day. The pool area is also very clean & quiet. We enjoyed our stay here despite a few small criticisms and would stay again.

A change of towels would have been nice. As there was no where to hang them in apartment they did not dry well and didn't stay fresh for long. There is only a small mirror in the bathroom and another very narrow one in the double bedroom, it was a challenge for 3 women to get ready of an evening! The second bedroom requires one for sure.
