The staff were friendly and tried to rectify our many many problem

Toilet was leaking when walked in. Staff sent plumber. He came quick enough. Had to get a part and come back. Meantime after 8 hour journey we needed toilet. They let me use staff toilet as I’m disabled . Poor facilities for staff! I have by pictures of the rotten toilet, this is after repair. Hot tap in bathroom moved (lost the will at this point to report anything else ). Dirty mop and bucket left in bathroom. Huge cobweb outside bathroom, I forgot to get pic of that. We had problem with oven first night. Food wasted. Was rectified the following afternoon. All it needed was instructions, non available. Dust in 2nd room , on tv. Washing machine wouldn’t dry. They replaced that the Fri. We asked if it could be left til the Saturday when we left so no more disruption, we were told no. The washing line was broke at base so we couldn’t use that. After 2 reports it was fixed. Key safe box broke , we were unaware, must of been from the work people. Had to pick up from dark corner of office. Scatter cushions have seen better days. The balcony had 9 chairs on it!!!! 2 were rotten. The balcony looks like it never been clean. I have pictures. I looked for next may, out of curiosity and it was only £100 cheaper than a high end chalet . Truly disappointed by toms

Very close to the beach, very clean upon arrival. Great holiday park, quite private.

Shower wasn’t the best, the space was quite small for 5 people, and to get to the train station was a bit far

A19 is clean and comfortable, great sea views , close to beach ⛱️

The bathroom is dated and the shower and taps need attention .

It was really close to the beach and overall a really nice area. The facilities were fantastic

There wasn’t a bin outside.
