The host was always reachable whenever I had a question. The parking is a 1 minute walk from the property and was always able to find a free spot. The property is spacious and has all the necessary amenities.

Ho trovato un appartamento moderno,fresco, appena ristrutturato in una zona della città molto tranquilla, vicinissimo all’aeroporto.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare un calendario per sapere quando portare fuori i vari sacchetti della differenziata.

Aproape de stație de bus și tren. Internetul merge foarte bine.

Nu a fost tocmai curat. Am găsit cuptorul și tava din el murdare, cioburi de sticlă sau oglinda sparte în cameră pe lângă și sub pat. Am rezervat cazarea pentru 4 persoane, și au fost doar 2 perne de dormit, în loc de 4, a trebuit să dorm fără pernă, de știam rezervam doar pentru 2 persoane și nu pentru 4 să plătesc în plus pentru ceva ce nu am avut. Vecinii își lasă gunoiul pe preșul de la acest apartament. Clopotul bisericii este foarte deranjant dimineața, poate ca ar fii necesar o ușă de balcon mai rezistentă să mai reducă puțin din zgomot. Îmi pare rău ca nu am făcut poze sa pot atașa.

Clean property with reasonable space. Air conditioning sur plus.

Booking was for 4 persons, we had only 2 pillows. Bedding in the pull out sofa looked like it was used.

The place was nice and clean. Impeccable and well maintained. Had everything you would expect in an apartment with all the facilities. Location was marvellous with a couple of minutes walk to sereate train station (can take trains to milan centrale via bergamo station) also very close to local shops and lidl. Building itself has a lift and is locked and secure.

The size of the apartment was perfect, neat and clean with new bathroom and kitchen amenities. Very comfortable stay, in a quiet area of Seriate. All was made easy with great communication from hosts. Highly for medium to long stays. Close to shops and train station

Parking was not an issue once we worked out where and how to park

Very easy 24/7 self- checkin. We rented this apartment for a month in September 2024. The main advantage is its convenient location. The apartment is near the train station, shops, cafes, bus station which makes it very easy to get around. The area is generally quiet. The apartment is newly renovated and equipped with everything necessary for living. Additionally, the internet connection was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and beautiful. Clean bedlinen were offered for 20€ and cleaning for 50€ during the stay.

The apartment was cold and damp throughout the entire month. The humidity was: crackers and hard cookies became soft. Despite the air conditioner being on, the temperature never rose above 20°C, and it was impossible to either dry or properly heat the place. During the whole last week there was no hot water. All the trash that accumulated over the month had to be stored on the balcony. There was no knife in the kitchen. No bathmat in the shower. If the issues with humidity, cold, hot water, and waste storage were resolved, the apartment could be an excellent option for short-term stays, especially considering its convenient location.
