"A somewhat tired property in great location"

Location good in nice seaside location with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants a short walk away. Access to beach next door to property down three staircases, otherwise five minutes walk away. Parking good immediately adjacent to house. Security good. Kitchen well-equipped and rooms simply furnished. Space enough for four people. Owners run excellent Alta restaurant on the site.

Unfortunately property was damp caused by rotting timbers in playroom area. The smell from this pervaded the whole property. Fridge had broken ice box which leaked water on other contents. An unsafe plug socket was off the wall in the bedroom. A pity as this could be a good rental.

"Villa com vista incrível"

A localização era para lá de óptima, não tenho como descrever. A "villa" é muito cómoda, isolada e bem insonorizada. O estacionamento é mesmo em frente á entrada e privado. A vista da propriedade é algo que não se esquece.

Devia ter mais privacidade na parte da sala e cozinha, como umas cortinas para afastar olhares indiscretos, tirando esse pormenor estava tudo impecável.

Location is 11/10! Just wonderful!

We were visiting Portugal in winter and it seems that the property is not really adjusted for cold weather. There were two heaters in a house, but when we started both of them simultaneously electricity went off for a while.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer und mit Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Auch der Billardtisch ist klasse. Alles ist sauber, modern und sehr geschmackvoll.
