Charming and location and size

Didn’t use middle bathroom as was to dangerous to climb in and out .. slippery .. needs bathmatt plus dodgy tap to operate shower. They should fix the small bedroom leak as a shame to let it deteriorate further.

Great location in the centre of Bath and really close to Southgate car park (also excellent parking instructions). Host runs the wine/cheese shop below is very friendly and helpful. Modern bathrooms and great showers.

The hosts have fitted a lot in the small lounge but it does mean the sofa is more functional than deep and comfy. Is reasonably well equipped but doesn't have crockery (e.g. bowls) for every person if four people were staying.

Perfect central location for visiting Bath. Everything is at walking distance. At the same time very quiet house. No rumour from the crowds in the streets.

Fabulous location, excellent use of app with all required information.

We visited during an unusually cool June weekend; the heating is timed to only operate during a couple hours in the early morning and same in evening. I’d have preferred ability to control heating myself. Also , was disappointed that no tea, coffee, milk or sugar were provided. Those items are pretty basic survival stuffs and fit the price I’d have expected it.
