The area is close to all the facilities: bus station, shops, restaurants, cafes. Nice swimming pool, always clean and tidy. The owner and people from reception very responsive, always there to help you.
A little far from the beach, especially when you go back up, it is positioned on a hill, a bit difficult to climb, especially being tired after the beach.

The location was convenient the pool and pool bar were very relaxing
The tv wouldn’t come on had to buy new batteries for tv remote control had to find the tv aerial which was underneath it’s stand unplugged the shower was very slippery and not enough towels for a week they left me one hand towel and a small towel

The location.
We did not see a rep from the letting agents at all. There was no service on the TV whatsoever. No cleaning service was provided despite paying a €90 cleaning fee

This apartment is situated in Castle Harbour,a complex uphill in Oasis del sur. It is well equipped with everything you need. The bed is lovely and with great pillows and smells good. The kitchen has all the facilities you need and seems to be newly renovated as is the bathroom. There is also a huge terrace with a LOT of space.At the complex you find a heated pool 27 ˚ and sunbeds for 2€ and a restaurant/ bar with fare prices. The staff is lovely and correct. It also has a little minimarket and a watermachine where you fill up your empty bottles at a low cost. My contact person Mania did everything she possible could to make my stay comfortable , she was always reachable on Whatsapp. She even texted me to ask if everything was ok. I asked for clean sheets and towels and a 2 hours late checkout and she accomplished it with brilliance. Specially thanks to you,Mania 🙏❤️
Not much, but to be a bit picky …. There is no view on the terrace and the furniture are a bit dated. One chair is broken and should be switched. There is no aircondition ( not needed in november though)The fan in the bedroom is very noisy so I recommend ear-plugs. I missed scissors and something to put the icecubes in. F
