1. The staff was well behaved. They even opened the main gate for me at 2 AM. I got late to come back to the hotel due to an event that I had to attend. 2. You have the freedom to use common balconies, rooftops, etc. coz the hotel has a homely vibe. 3. Affordable price. While the rest of the Siliguri hotels charge around 1800 to 7000, you get King hotel's room in just 1000-1200.

There is nothing to dislike for the price they give their rooms for. They don't give you water. They don't have any phones in their rooms for room service. Now do not prompt room service because they are short staffed. There are these two people - a girl and a boy - they handle the cleaning of the entire hotel. They were really good people but too much pressure on them. But I can't really complain coz the price of the room is low - so I adjusted.

After a long and tiring journey, I was thankful for the smooth check-in process that made the transition easy.
