BimBan's- A cozy little place

Perfect location right at the heart of the city ..a home away from home ..enjoyed every bit of my stay .

The host was very supportive and flexible. Also the place is very big for the price.

The windows have slight gap where mosquitoes could get in. And no mosquitoes nets in front of the windows.

Firstly, the apartment was beautiful and cozy. It instantly felt like home. It was spotlessly clean. Also it's very private and there's no disturbance. It has everything that we might need for our stay. It also helps that it's located in the heart of the city. Overall a 10/10 experience and I will book it again the next time I visit guwahati.

Biman and Bandita (“BimBan”) are the young progressive married couple who run this property. Not only are they very knowledgeable and help to guide you to make the most of your stay, they are also quite fun and you may just end up out on the town having cocktails with them and their friends if you are so inclined. You can tell they have an artistic spirit by just looking at the photos of the property, where you can see baskets hanging from the ceiling, nice large tables, cozy couches, and little knickknacks, often rock ‘n’ roll and other interesting themes throughout the rooms. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, you can even ask for your laundry to be done at an additional charge to pay the woman who does it. It’s off of the busy street and so is quiet, but is still walking distance to interesting places and restaurants. They live with their family in one of the other units in the building, so they’re there readily available if the need arises. This is one of those unusual properties that one should feel privileged to stay at anywhere in the world, let alone at the relatively inexpensive rate for what is provided. This was one of the best experiences I had during my entire travels in India, and I like to think that we became friends, over time and cocktails. I have only positive things to say about the property and my interactions with this couple and their family.

Great ambience. We really loved the stay. Any issue just one call and all is resolved by the host. Host is friendly.
