Warwick Stone 55 Hotel Beirut

Spacious room and friendly staff.

My first visit to Beirut, so i was excited. Soon as i arrived the hotel i was welcomed by the reception lady Gheena. A very friendly, helpful and polite with a nice smile. She made sure that all my stuff went to my room. She assisted me with getting my partner the right reservation papers. Can’t thank her enough for that. Furthermore the hotel was actually really nice, clean and everything was up and running as it’s supposed to be. The staff was really helpful and friendly, the security was 24/7 present at the hotel and nice ppl. As well. I strongly recommend this hotel for any visitor to Beirut as it’s good value for the money as well as the location is good as well. Thank you Gheena and the rest of the staff for making my stay very pleasant and probably see you. :)

The location was fair

• The service was inconsistent and unprofessional. • Cleanliness was below acceptable standards. • The rooms were poorly maintained and uncomfortable. • Room service was unreliable and slow. • The AC was not functioning properly. • The lighting in the room was inadequate. • The windows did not close properly, causing noise and discomfort. • They promised to change my room, but didn’t follow through because they rented it out to someone else.

All was exceptional
