Luxe Condo near IT Park & Waterfront - Free use of Pool, Gym and Sauna

The location is fantastic, very close to the heart of IT Park. Also a 7/11 right at the entrance in case one forgot something. The room is beautiful and well decorated & furnished.

Reception was a bit confused about the booking but managed to sort it eventually.

Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber gut ausgestattet, das Gebäude ist erst ein paar Jahre alt, schöner sonniger Pool, im EG des Gebäudes gibt es ein Café, Parken auch mit Motorroller nur tagsüber - nachts kostenpflichtig, Kommunikation mit Eyrol und der Rezeption war einwandfrei, wir waren auf der Hin- und Rückreise in jeweils einem seiner Apartments, der IT Park ist fußläufig erreichbar, Laundry gegenüber dem Gebäude.

The pool was great and everything was very clean. The sauna has a descent location.

The room was abit tiny for three people. We wanted a bigger family room. It was abit embarassing for both my parents tbh.

Everything was already prepared and the entire place is clean.

There is less space between the dining table and the kitchen counter but that is just a minor thing.
