Sunsational at Laketown Wharf #1924 by Nautical Properties

I loved the space and overall cleanliness but the dishwasher had spoiled water in it I reached out to them and they asked if they could come anytime and never came. Also we didn't have a fire extinguisher. We were told they'll bring one and never did. Thank God I can cook there was no fire. Also the jacuzzi had hair in it and wasn't cleaned I didn't notice that until the night before checkout when me and my husband wanted to get in. The kitchen had long strings of brown hair on the counter. Every thing was nice other than that. My whole family has dread locks all 5 of us and we're African-American so I knew the hair wasn't none of ours it was shedded hair in the master bathroom tub on the sink as well. I even picked up my Ranch cup and hair was hanging from it. I then threw my wings away because hair is gross. Nice resort though I would come again but I would like no hair and a clean jacuzzi to enjoy..

Shedding hair over the unit. Dirty jacuzzi. Some of the male stuff are not to happy about their job. Also on the living room door one of the locks was broken I immediately took a photo.

Location was perfect. This condo was centrally located in the property. Trash shoot which is convenient was right outside. View was beautiful. Private access to the beach.

Nothing really. Elevators are very busy but we knew coming in. Get on the elevator even if it’s going the wrong direction. They’re fast. You’ll be on your floor in a jiffy.

Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of stores and restaurants are in walking distance.

I’m not a fan of massive properties like this, but once we parked and got settled, it was fine.

You can’t bring or load golf carts on the premise

Loved our particular condo. It was really clean and well maintained. We loved that the owner supplied beach chairs and toys and even a beach wagon. The view was absolutely amazing! I would definitely stay in it again if it wasn’t for the rest of the resort!

Spent most of our time waiting for elevators. The staff was very rude. There was a tow truck constantly circling the parking deck looking for innocent people who accidentally turned their parking pass the wrong direction or whatever so they could tow them and make $250 a vehicle. I saw him towing numerous vehicles every day. You already had to pay $110 for parking which wasn't included in your condo rental! Shame on these people!!! Spoke with numerous angry guests who were also upset with all of these things.

How convenient it was to the beach and had a lot of restaurants to choose from. Loved the pools
