"Superb"

Good, clean, comfortable, just like on photo. Personal in office is friendly. They gave us a map of the city and of the Lago di Como. Apartment is situated in the historical center of Como, there are bus stop in 2 min from the apartment, you can go from it to other cities of the lake (and even to Switzerland :))

To take the key you should go to the office. For us it was OK (as we lived in the same city), but previously we booked apartment in Argegno - and it would be really uncomfortable to go to Como for the keys, and then go to the apartment in another city

Very nice place in the vicinity of the lake. Very easy to walk to the center of the town. Totally comfortable flat. Easy to park.

"Clean, with a modern fresh design."

The apartment is gorgeous and squeaky clean. We really liked the design. The check-in instructions were clear and the welcome booklet was a nice touch.

A bit pricey given it's not a hotel, but then again it was peak season and the cheaper options had already sold out.
