La ubicación es muy buena y un trabajador vino a buscarnos al tren.

Estuvimos 2 noches y no pasaron a limpiar ni a hacer la cama. El wifi va fatal. El desayuno es escaso y no estuvo listo a las 5.30 pese a que comienza a esa hora y avisar de que iríamos. Además, la condensación en el baño es horrible y no se va aún que ventiles la habitación.

Nice rooms, clean and good breakfast.

The hotel is over 100 steps from the top of the main square. They offer you to help with luggage but communication is difficult. The owner lives abroad and promised us to be picked up at the train station. In reality we needed to reach the main square by ourselves but there were too many misunderstandings. The personnel don't speak English. I think the pictures are too good for what the place is.

To be honest nothing. It’s quite a hike half way in built stairs with railing the other half stone stairs with no hand rails for probably 50 steps. If you have knees issues or breathing problems or any health issues I do not recommend this place. The front desk agent was not a help at all. I mean it!! I have been traveling for 30+ years to over 40 countries I have never seen such a motionless human. I tried to explain to her through Google translate she wouldn’t answer me, or try to even talk to me through Google translate. I was standing at her desk for more than an hour this woman didn’t even care what I was trying to say. She wouldn’t give me her managers number to call her, finally I grabbed the card setting at the desk and called the manager, finally within 30 seconds my booking was approved to cancel. The manager was nice and very helpful.

Great view of the area from our room. Also if you are arriving off the back of the inca or salkantay trek, there are numerous amenities you may have been craving for a few days - namely a heater, smart TV and lovely shower.

La vue au petit déjeuner est magnifique . Chambre et salle de bain correctes. L’hôtel est venu nous chercher à la sortie du train et a porté nos bagages ( attention pas mal de marches à monter )

La vue de la chambre n’était pas dingue . Plutôt sur les toits que sur la jungle . Deco moyen . Odeur d’humidité

Excellent accueil et hôtel très agréable situé sur les hauteurs- il y a qq marches à monter mais cela en vaut le coup ! Chambre calme et très confortable et terrasse de petits déjeuner avec une très jolie vue
