Nice place to stay. Clean and nice view from the windows

A bit pricy, but I guess due to the touristy location

Access was hard.

Although it was mentioned that the have to climb the steps to hotels,we found the climb much more tedious than the Macchu Picchu circuit 2. After the climb to hotel, Macchu Picchu walk was easy :)

The breakfast was great with amazing views of the mountainside and the rest of the town. The staff was very helpful and allowed luggage storage while we checked out the last day and had to wait for the train until 4pm.

There's a lot of stairs to get up to the hotel, and it isn't the prettiest walk up either. There's also a lot of flies and months flying around the stairs and in the hotel room since not all the windows are sealed properly.

It's a very quite place

There was no hot water for shower and I had to take a cold shower. The kids in the room next to my next-door were screaming for over three hours in the night. I told the reception desk but they didn’t take any action.

Great location and comfortable room. Also decent WIFI so I'd be glad to stay there again just for the amazing view, really miss this.

Not sure if this was a language barrier by the staff but the communication around breakfast times and system was disturbing to put it mildly. We were convinced that we had no hope to have breakfast as the communicated times (breakfast closes 8 AM) and system (you have to arrive sharp at pre-reserved time) made it hard for our schedule. In the end if we just ignored that everything was great, including the breakfast itself which we actually got and were satiafied and nothing about their communication hold ground :)
