USIt’s safe for a solo traveler!
USIt was quiet , clean and safe area. 10 minutes from the beach and not far from downtown. The location is great !!
USLocation was excellent and it was a very clean place.
The portable AC was a little underpowered for the room. Being a converted garage, it would benefit from a larger unit or possibly a wall mounted one.

USThis is a great place to stay. Very easy and independent process of check-in and check-out, the key was in the locked box with the code provided on the day of arrival. Super responsive owner, good location, very spacious studio. Clean and neat, with good lighting, it has refregirator, microwave, A/C, and an optional fan on the ceiling, a toaster, a coffee machine with spare coffee and tea capsules of very good quality. Nice clean towels, shower gel, and shampoo. Free wifi, free parking. Great for the price. I highly recommend this place. They have beach chairs that you can take in case you want to go to the beach. I was there for work, and it was absolutely perfect for me. Huge thanks to the owner, I'll definitely consider this studio again when I'm in Sarasota.
