What’s behind the green door!

We stayed for six days at this wonderful apartment in Cape Town, hosted by Cindy. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic, situated in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Cindy was the perfect host: excellent communication, always reachable, and she made us feel truly welcome. She also gave us plenty of great tips on where to eat and drink nearby, as well as fun local markets to explore. Highly recommended!

What a gem! We were with my son and partner, so hotels were very expensive because of the rugby. I would definitely book this place again when ever in Cape Town. Big rooms, I had a beautiful big bath, and we enjoyed after dinner drinks in the cozy lounge. I was disappointed that we could not have a braai on the patio, as time was limited Thank you Cindy for a wonderful stay

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten und so schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, dass wir die Unterkunft nicht verlassen wollten. Die Terrasse war einfach einladend und perfekt zum Verweilen. Trotz Winter in Südafrika haben wir täglich unseren Kaffee am Morgen mit den Beinen im Pool genossen. Die Deko war traumhaft und die komplette Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Wohnzimmer war ebenfalls sehr bequem und gemütlich. Die Lage war auch für einen Spaziergang an der Strandpromenade in Sea Point perfekt. Die Gegend ist auch sehr sicher, um zu Fuß unterwegs zu sein. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren einige Autominuten entfernt. Alles war einfach perfekt.

We absolutely loved our stay at Behind the Green Door. The location was incredibly central, making it so easy to explore the area. The home itself was beautifully and tastefully done, every detail felt carefully considered. It was also incredibly spacious, offering a real sense of comfort and luxury. Most of all, we felt so well looked after by our wonderful host, who made sure everything ran smoothly and added such a warm, personal touch to our experience.

It was just perfect, nothing to dislike

Our host Cindy was absolutely amazing! When we arrived she accommodated my request for an early check in time, met us at the place, and gave us a nice warm welcome and a tour. Loved the style of the place. Comfy beds, comfy couches, the most wonderful little place to sit outside. We had privacy and access to anything we could need. Cindy went above and beyond to help with any questions I had. This place really is amazing, I'd go there again in a flash!

Honestly, I can't think of a single thing that we didn't like.

This place is amazing. The decor is beautiful. Bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and have everything you need. It is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is fully stocked. The location is central to everything. You can walk to a bunch of great restaurants and also to the V&A Waterfront. Cindy is an amazing host. She gave us great suggestions on things to do and see. I highly recommend staying here. It felt like home.

Great location and a gorgeous flat which was well stocked. We felt very safe there as well. The flat is near the DHL stadium (but not too close) which meant we could sit in the garden and enjoy the Calabash concert, which was a lovely bonus. The owner, Cindy, was very kind and was available if we needed anything. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
