"Very bad experience because unclean property."

I did not like it at all, while i am placing the booking i found the review is exceptional but actually it doesn’t reach to fair or accepted. Really it doesn’t deserve the money paid. It is not clean, heating is not working. I do recommend to do free cancelation after reaching the properties like this, so that incase anyone found it not matching the photos and descriptions people can cancel and go for best options. I ought to do this and refund my money.
