Casa dos Pedros (Beach House)

Ruim, modern huis met een ensuite badkamer bij elke slaapkamer. Keuken zeer volledig om een gezonde maaltijd te kunnen koken (zelfs een staafmixer voor soep). Super dakterras met prachtig uitzicht over de oceaan. We verbleven 10 dagen en er was geen tussentijdse schoonmaak, dus toen wij vroegen naar een stofzuiger werd die dezelfde avond gebracht. Er zijn schoonmaakspullen en een wasmachine. Op steenworp afstand een leuk restaurantje Forte Terrace. Twee kleine supermarktjes op loopafstand, grotere op 5 minuten rijden met de auto. Een groot strand op loopafstand. De host Bruno is goed bereikbaar via whatsapp en geeft allerlei tips over het eiland. Wij verbleven met 2 volwassenen en 1 kind van 4 jaar. We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad op São Miguel en alles uitgebreid kunnen bezichtigen en mooie wandelingen gemaakt.

Er waren in de keuken bij aankomst al wat mieren. De slaapkamers liggen aan de wegkant, dus er is wat geluidsoverlast. Elke ochtend van maandag t/m zaterdag rond 06.15 getoeter van een auto die iemand ophaalt voor werk. Rond 01.00 uur ‘s nachts 2x per week vuilnis die opgehaald wordt.

Villa is well furnished, has a nice ocean view.

We do not reccomend, this is worst our experience. The smel of mold/humidityl in the villa, which is hard to eliminate, as it is soacked in the curtains, bed, etc. Just in front of the bedroom windows there are two benches. At nights locals gather there, speaking loud, smoking, etc. You cant sleep. We checked in earlier, at 13:30. Unfortunately, we were accommodated not in cleaned villa, floors were dirty, especialy in the 1st floor bedrooms/bathrooms. We informed manager, it was said the cleaning lady will clean it, in fact lady made only floors in a master bedroom.

Lokal jest świetny. Dwie oddzielne sypialnie z podwójnymi łóżkami małżeńskimi na dole oraz z prywatnymi łazienkami. Na górze kuchnie z jadalnią i salonem oraz łazienką oraz sypialnia z dwoma łóżkami pojedyńczymi - np. dla dzieci. Na tym poziomie był jeszcze balkon z widokiem na ocean. i jeszcze jedno piętro - to hitowy taras z możliwością biesiadowania i bajecznym widokiem na ocean, plażę i całą okolicę. W mieszkaniu niczego nie brakowało - wszelkie sprzęty kuchenne łącznie ze zmywarką. Do korzystania także pralka, żelazko itp. Łazienki także świetnie wyposażone.

Jedynym mankamentem był początkowy zapach wilgoci, który ustępował, w miarę wietrzenia. Być może długo lokal nie był używany?

The house is has a great floor plan with spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms, two of them private. The whole house was clean, neat and modern decorated and the view from the windows overlooking the sea is amazing. The common area invites the guests to hang out at cook together. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped ones I have experienced. Bruno the host made sure we had everything we needed and would respond to our messages within very short time.

We visited the house in winter and experienced the house being quite moist. It was hard to dry clothes without using the dryer and we had to air out and use the air-conditioner a lot. Besides that we were not bothered too much by that. That is the only negative thing I can add :)

Beautiful new modern place with awesome ocean views and a 5minute walk to the beach!!! It also has a little market within a 2 min walk with everything you need like beer, water, wine and food

The apartment is located at waterfront and has everything you need for a wonderful stay with friends/your family. The interior is well-equipped, the design & layout is lovely, there was nothing we did miss. we loved the living room and roof top terrace both facing the ocean, the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive, was going, very nice and helpful.

A localização excelente junto ao mar. O apartamento está super giro, quase tirado de uma revista. Bem equipado. Coubemos perfeitamente 6 pessoas e ainda dava para mais 2 crianças na sala. A zona exterior no último piso deve ser ainda melhor no verão
