I dont like anything in property

I booked this hotel and pay advance of fully amount but then we are going the hotel for check in then the hotel manager says all the rooms are full i have not available any room for you for are going to other hotel I don't have any room available for you then I say why I pay already and booked my room but the manager sayd I don't know anything you are going don't waste my time then I say okk...... I am going but you give me my money then manager says I cant give you any amount pls don't waste my time So pls all the people don't visit this hotel this the froud
