No punctuality! Cleanliness is just okay for me. Many things were spoiled like lights with no wire no bulb Balcony light is not working. The worst thing that I cannot accept is the air conditioner is not serviced. It made us to suffocate. We can’t breathe properly. Paid 300+ and these are just few things that I drop down. Many more else!!!! The house is ok but the maintenance and customer safety is not there. Thank you
