Beautiful views of the minster. Spacious and nicely decorated. A very comfortable stay.

The doors on to the living room balcony were locked and there did not appear to be a key to open them. Although for February it was a minor detail.

A nicely appointed apartment close to shops, and a view of the Minster

Fire alarms were going off as we arrived and took 45 minutes with us phoning a few times before someone came to turn them off. We had to stand out in the cold on the balcony as the noise was so loud. Other than main tv in living room the other tvs in bedrooms were not set up for channels. Main tv remote constantly advising that batteries were low.

Great location. Very clean and great decoration and throughout. Easy key code access to building and apartment. Wonderful views of the Minster just a shame it was December and we couldn't sit out on the balcony. Lovely appliances and extremely well stocked kitchen. Have recommended to friends already

Would have been nice if some coffee pods we available as we had a machine in the bedroom and kitchen but couldn't use them. This was just a minor detail

Totally beautiful accommodation, fitted to exceptional standards, in a fantastic location.

It was too hot! We couldn’t turn off the heating, sleeping was very uncomfortable because of it. We had to leave the window & patio doors open at night and then were disturbed by the minster bells in the mornings.

"Outstanding York "Home Base""

Perfect stay for us. Absolutely ideal location...walking distance to everything. Never moved the car once we arrived. Newer accommodations with modern utilities, tastefully decorated. Full kitchen, W/D. 2 roomy bedrooms with en suites on lower level; living room, and kitchen on upper, with plenty of seating for 4 or 5 adults. Quiet street 1 block from. city walls. Serenade by the Minster bells on Sunday morning (SUCH a treat!)

We really had no complaints. Dryer was a little slow, but I think that may have been a user-failure issue.
