The apartment was clean and had all the facilities we needed. Things like salt, sugar and teabags were provided which I have never previous experienced in sucha rental in Kenya. The cleaner attended the apartment every second day which was extremely useful and meant we always had fresh towels and linen. We also appreciated the laundry drying area at the rear of the building The general location of the property is good and most things can be obtained locally Luramby Fish grill next door is very clean and great value for money. The property is withing easy walking distance of Masinde Muliro University, attended by my partner. Beyond that is a good sized Naivas Supermarket and the Aga Khan clinic, which is a high standard outpatient clinic. The biggest asset we appreciated during our stay was Millicent our host. She takes her property let business seriously. Any issues or requests we raised were dealt with on a same day basis, even on a Sunday. We certainly felt looked after and would recommend any of her properties in the vicinity, knowing she will also look after you.

Whereas the apartment and general location are really good, the compound the Apartment B lock sits is is like a building site. The terrain from the gate to the apartment block is rough and also very muddy when it rains. However, once inside the aprtment you soon forget all about it.
