Location is excellent! Building is right near the gondola and main lifts but still quiet. Apartment is cheerful and comfortable. Owners were friendly and responsive. Apartments in New Gudauri are hit or miss, and this was a hit!

Couldn't access ski locker until almost the end of our stay because the wrong key was left at reception.

Good location, cozy and nice looking apartment, owner was in contact with us all the time. Recommend.

Property needs to keep eye on small maintenance things in apartment. And be aware that there will NOT be simple things like powder for washing machine, dishwasher tablets or not even sponge or liquid for dish wash, oil for cooking or paper towels, also one roll toilet paper for 5 days (4 persons). Basic things that usually are in apartments and what people don’t want to buy in vacations and then throw away because they use only a little bit. Otherwise all good.
