Nirvana Inn , near ram mandir

All in all a perfect stay

It was really nice experience at nirvana inn,just 2.5 km from ram mandir, value for money

Hotel service was overall good. Staff are polite and humble. Just there was a confusing on alloting the room but they resolve it within 12 hours and also refunded for inconvinience.

Firstly, the location mentioned is misleading as the property is not actually near Ram Mandir as advertised. Secondly, there is no proper power backup in the hotel. Due to frequent electricity cuts, the AC stops working completely and only the lights and fan function. Even the charging sockets stop working during this time. Considering the current weather conditions of 42–45°C, this is extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient for guests, especially tourists like us who return to the hotel after an exhausting day expecting basic comfort and rest. We specifically booked a hotel so we could relax properly, charge our phones, and stay comfortably, but none of that is possible here. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and TV are also not functioning properly, and the AC keeps switching on and off repeatedly whenever the power fluctuates. What is more disappointing is that the owner/management is not responding to our calls or concerns. This experience has been highly inconvenient and not what was promised while booking. We would like to raise a formal complaint regarding this and are planning to check out tomorrow.
