Sometimes it’s takes too much time for the food, but except that everything was perfect

Friendly staff, great food, provided other travel services like ferry, bus tickets, atm on site, you can use 'touch pay'. Staff was very helpful.

Alles ok - freundliches Personal`. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auch das Restaurant ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Toller Pool!

An einem Tag war das Restaurant auf einmal geschlossen - da ein Betriebsfest stattfindet. Das ist alles ok - jedoch hätte man uns am Morgen beim Frühstück bereits informieren können und nicht erst wenn wir Abends was bestellen möchten.

I was very disappointed with the service during I just checking in on 28th April, which commining back to stay As a local, I felt treated differently by the staff. When I tried to pay in Khmer Riel via bank transfer, the staff were unhelpful and claimed they didn't have a Riel QR code—which is surprising for a business operating in Cambodia. While I was fine with their exchange rate of 4,100 Riel to $1, their lack of flexibility and poor attitude made me feel unwelcome. It’s a shame when a local business seems to prefer avoiding the national currency. I likely won’t be returning
