The location and the amenities. The pool was a good selling point, with billiards, bocce balls, ping pong and the telescope. We will come back when in the area again.

"Spent most of our time outside, but not a party house. Convenient and close to Joshua Tree."

The house is great and has lots of interesting memorabilia. Our kids loved the backyard, and I loved the landscaping! The couch was huge so it was good for an extra bed. The propane tanks were full for the fire table and the grill.

There were signs everywhere not to touch the art and to be quiet, so it felt like it was a little hard to relax. Lots of warnings not to have amplified music. It's a shame because the backyard would be so fun, but we felt like we had to be so quiet and careful. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy ourselves without fear of a $1000 noise fine for playing some music.

"Amazing"

It’s was exceptional, the hot tub didn’t work, the host replied to my message straight away and heated the in ground one for us.

No way if turning the outside lights off, we wanted to star gaze but they took away from the experience, overall, the most amazing place and I will be back
