Condo Mykonos, Amazing 1br condo surf & sunset Dream views

I would have rated the experience a 2 except for a man named Jon set out to fix the plumbing and electrical problems. He came to the apartment and looked at what we were experiencing. I wish I could have dealt with him from the beginning. He also got us a pizza pan, two frying pans and a 8" x 8" pan for the oven.

The grounds were beautiful and mellow (not too many people around).

The WORST communication with the property management when we had issues (which we had many of). Power going on/off, lights not working, broken drawers, broken towel racks, not enough linens. The final straw was zero power for hours (which I need a fridge for medical reasons) and NO communication from property. I could literally see they read my messages on WhatsApp and weren’t responding. We had to spend our last day searching for a new place to stay and left this condo a night early. My boyfriend literally got burned trying to fix the light in the bathroom. Again, zero response from the property when I asked for help.

The location is really great, the resort is very clean and well kept.

The unit was old. The furniture and appliances are in bad shape, the unit is not very clean. Only two old big cooking pans, the frying pans are old and not very useful.

The location was really good for shopping and restaurants . Right on the beach . The landscaping g was very nice and well maintained . pool bathrooms were clean .

We would have liked to see the pools maintained better. Never saw anyone clean the pools and there was a lot of sand in the pools . The first day or so the pumps didn’t seem to be working . Bugs and leaves in the pool . There was a skimmer net but never saw anyone use it .

The location was great.

Difficult to check in. We didn't recieve text or email instructions for arrival and check-in. There was no office or people to check us in and provide access or a key to the property.
