Castle View Luxury 1 Bed Apartment

Location is amazing, so close to everything without being in a noisy neighbourhood. Walking distance to Castle, sainsbury's, restaurants, hop on hop off stop. Lovely flat, beautifully decorated, very well equipped (nespresso+capsules, dishwasher+pods, laundry+pods, dryer etc). Host was super, very helpful, gave clear info, tips on how to travel there and was quick to rely to any questions.

Key pick up and drop off needs to be well anticipated. We took a taxi from airport and asked for an extra stop at the key place, because with all the luggage and 2 kids we didn't want to have to walk 10 mins. It was fine, host had given very clear instructions, just a bit of a hassle. Same for check out. Air vents in window aren't ideal for us light sleepers, could hear rubbish trucks in the morning. Living room door and bathroom door were very noisy, not ideal for our 2 boys on the sofa bed. Sofa bed was OK for the boys, wouldn't recommend for adults.

A beautiful spacious flat in an excellent occasion. Although I felt it was a little expensive for 1 night, it was as cheaper than most other properties in the location.

The bathroom door swings shut very hard.

The property is clean and modern. Great location. Easy walk to amenities. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our best accomodation through your whole trip.

The location could not have been better, we were able to walk to so much. The bed was most comfortable and made getting in it each night a dream! Everything else about the apartment was just the cherry on top.

The bathroom door was a little aggressive in how it shuts & couldn’t find something to hold it open when it would get a bit steamy after a shower.

Incredible view of the castle. Lovely flat that was very clean and tidy. Overall a wonderful place to stay we really enjoyed it!

Wish we had been given a bit of milk and maybe some coffee pods.

The location is excellent, right under Edinburgh castle grounds and just a block away from the Royal Mile or the New Town areas. The flat was clean, roomy, well appointed, and comfortable. The area around the flat is very safe & well lit. Also, having a place to do laundry was wonderful.

The process to retrieve the keys on check-in is bothersome. You have to retrieve the keys from a shop a couple blocks away from the flat itself. Depending on how you’re arriving it could be troublesome, especially if you’re on foot/ carrying luggage as you either have to go up & down stairs or go the long way around the block on the sidewalks.

Awesome choice! Great location in center of town with views of Edinburgh Castle. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, tour bus pickups, many top places to visit in the city. Luxurious king bed, fresh, new and well maintained.

Walking from the train station with our luggage and picking up the keys was more challenging than we expected. Edinburgh has some big hills!
