Chill 'N' Joy Boutique suites

Bonjour, L’emplacement de l’appartement est excellent. Cependant, la chambre n’est pas propre et le lit n’est pas confortable. Les couvertures sont insuffisantes et trop fines, elles ne conviennent pas au froid. La connexion internet ne fonctionne pas. De plus, il manque certains ustensiles de cuisine. Merci de bien vouloir régler ces problèmes dans les plus brefs délais. Cordialement.

Emplacement idéal

Un echafaudage ( avec des baches ) etait placé devant nos 2 fenetres durant la moitié de notre séjour. ( jusque jeudi ) Des travaux bruynats dans la résidence commencait tous les matins des 6h00 du matin ( jusque jeudi )

Cleanliness and Comfort

The location of the property is excellent if you’re looking to explore the whole of Budapest, but especially so if the Jewish quarter is your scene with its bars, restaurants and general buzz. The property itself is a good size and functional - seating/lounge area, well serviced kitchen area (open plan to lounge), shower room and a decent bedroom with plenty of cupboard and shelf space. Extra pillows, duvet etc available. The building feels safe and there is someone on reception most of the time. Stayed for 5 nights in December

Despite being advertised as non-smoking, there’s a permanent odour of stale smoke which has permeated into the sofa, beds and some other soft furnishings. Ventilating the room via a window is a short term solution, but impractical in the cold or when it’s raining hard. The waft whenever you get back through the front door is strong. The bed linen is stained yellow in places, and had a blood stain on one of the duvet covers - not very enticing!
