We had difficulty finding the establishment, but luckily a few young locals escorted us right to the door.

So much: a beautiful, spacious & clean apartment. Well facilitated, very safe and felt like home. Walkable to the town sqauare & all sourrounds to explore were great. Also, the host; very kind/shared local to do's & replied promptly to any queries via Whats App. Such a pleasant stay. You won't go wrong stay here 4/7 or 13 days, as we did. Grazie Mille..

the only thing is that the heaters are remotely handled, and on a few cold afternoons, it would have been nice to come on before 6 pm.

"Superb"

Excellent position in the historic center of Perugia. Walking distance to Mini Metro and/or escalators so easy to reach Bus Station/Railways Station. Shops and restaurants nearby. Well equipped kitchen though a cork screw was missing. One bedroom has an ensuite bath that is a plus in case there are two families sharing the same apartment. The balcony with a great view is also a plus.

The doors of the shower cabin in the second bathroom are missing so an improvisation with a shower curtain was tried but totally ineffective so it need urgent refurbishment/repair.

"Lovely apartment in historic centre"

Perfect and quiet location in the historic centre. Well furnished and clean top floor apartment with modern bathroom and kitchen. Very helpful staff.
