The apartment was expertly renovated, well considered and felt homely. The location was well connected to the main town, though not in it. It was quiet. Blackout shutters on windows. Quality linen. Comfortable beds. Airconditioning. Games for kids. Comfortable murphy bed (not a typical sofa bed). Kitchen well stocked. Good value. Helpful and friendly host.

Property was well furnished and clean. Germano was a welcoming host and super helpful, answered any queries we had. The apartment was conveniently located and had a beautiful scenery. The Murphy bed was a major plus as most places only offered a sofa bed. Would recommend to others!

A warm and comfortable apartment, the owners are very helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The apartment is about a ten minute drive from the mall, and a five minute walk from the wonderful Cafe Rosa. The apartment is highly recommended for a trip to Bolzano and the Dolomites. The owner is amazing, responding to all needs immediately. Very nice apartment, well equipped and in good location.

I would add something in the toilet to make it warmer, but everything is really good.
