Terribile, sporco, abbiamo trovato scarafaggi nella stanza e pidocchi nel letto. Siamo scappati via prenotando un altro hotel.

Per quanto abbiano riconosciuto i problemi già descritti (mancava anche l’acqua calda nelle docce e il livello di igiene davvero pessimo), non solo non mi hanno rimborsato ma mi hanno anche minacciato.
