Hotel La Cascada - Lago Agrio

Our room was clean and comfy, just a basic hotel room.

Room key continually didn’t work so had to change it. The pool wasn’t very clean.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The place was clean but it lacks a bit of maintenance.

stayed one night, lovely clean room, staff were lovely, food in restaurant was actually delicious. Very good value as well.

I stayed here because the property is really closed to cuyabeno river entrance about 2 hours by bus. The guy at the reception was nice and immediately helped me with the issue I had

I saw that there were hair strands on the bed, floor and even the bathroom. I quickly told the guy at the reception. Even though he gave me a different room, the room that I got still have hair strands. I KNOW THE THESE ARE NOT MINE BECAUSE I HAVE PINK HAIR.

Staff very friendly, food in restaurant PERFECT, guy in restaurant very kind and helpful.

I stayed here because it was convenient for my tour pick up the following day. The room and facilities were ok for an overnight stay

Nice hotel with lovely pool, they let us use the pool for small fee when we weren't the guest. They have a restaurant but i didn't try it. Personal was very friendly and location is praciticly in the center ;)
