Breakfast and staff

Very difficult for someone in a wheelchair or with a baby stroller to go from apartment to breakfast or indoor pool area in the hotel. This is unacceptable for a five star hotel.

L'hôtel en général très beau et propre Personnel sympas

Le SPA En très mauvais état 50% des installations ne fonctionnaient pas J'ai payé 75€ pour 3 et on est resté 30 minutes au lieu des 3 Heures prévues Je ne recomende pas .

Péssimo. Um hotel que na verdade são apartamentos, a cama de casal era impossível de dormir de tão desconfortável pois não tinha molas e não fizeram qualquer esforço para trocar. Relação preço-qualidade para se ter o titulo de 5 estrelas totalmente desajustado à realidade. Não recomendamos.
