Encontrar estacionamento gratuito é quase impossível. O anuncio tem fotos de comodidades que não são do espaço em questão, por isso é bastante enganoso. Havia areia pelo chão e toalhas de banho a secar no estendal

There was no breakfast! The place is clean and secured.

The hosts appear to be crooks sorry to say. Their conduct was suspicious right from the minute I provided my card details on the day I booked the room. Everything suddenly changed. Initially the booking was a free cancellation within a period of time. Same day, I realised a mistake in my booking they refused to change it and told me that I will lose the total cost for the accommodation. Communication is no longer an issue globally so it costs little or nothing to provide Wi-Fi services. After providing my credit card details, their countenance changed. They denied me access to Wi-Fi because the said they never indicated that they provide Wi-Fi services. In one of their email exchanges, they promised to give me the Wi-Fi access code but when I got there they said the property has no Wi-Fi. It was bizarre getting in contact with my family for the whole five days. I hardly regret my safari trips nut this was very close to it. I have used booking dot com for many times but this time, it was horrible. By the way, why was it allowed to keep two people in one small studio? This is a big minus to your company because it appears your company does not care for the welfare if your clients though I was fortunate nobody joined me within the period. Most unfortunate. When I got to Monte Carlo, I contacted them to guide me to the accommodation, they refused, they told me I have to do it myself even when I told them how much effort I had made with a taxi. I was also ready to pay for their taxi services but nothing, they blatantly refused. I got to the town around 11am but could not go to the accommodation till around 6pm due to location problem. To say the least, the hosts were very rude and arrogant and unhelpful.

Apartment was well equipped.

Ad in Booking.com illustrated a sea facing apartment.Ours looked on to a back street. Bedclothes and particularly pillows were awful.
