The property is clean and cozy, the location is ideal easy walk to the beach numerous restaurants and the owner Edwin was the best he even suggested local attractions and entertainment to visit

"Traditional urban house in close neighborhood"

Communication with owner was great. No confusion in location or access. House is close to lots of shops and university. There is split unit AC in each room that was quiet. Very clean. Comfortable space. Off street parking but didn’t use because space was tight so just parked in front. This is a very traditional urban house in Puerto Rico. I imagined it was someone’s grandmothers house they decided to convert to guest housing. As such, if you stayed a while, you would get to know your neighbors. I’d recommend for budget travelers looking for local experience
I have nothing bad to say about this first floor apartment . That said, Being in close neighbors, lots of noise of them arriving, talking and gatthering; A dog barking down the street. BUT by around 10 pm all things quieted down and it felt like a home.
