"Estudio Las Damas de Madrid"

The property had excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was fantastic with great water pressure. We also appreciated having a washer available, which was very convenient. There was an amazing restaurant nearby, as well as a grocery store within walking distance. Overall, the location and amenities made for a great stay.

I did not like that the room was not cleaned properly. It did not appear that the floor had been swept, and there was a noticeable amount of dust on the floor. In addition, the property had very limited amenities, which was disappointing.

solamente que la ducha no drenaba muy bien y se acumulaba el agua, pero nada. todo muy limpio y ordenado.

El alojamiento estaba perfectamente equipado, a pie de calle, pero sin ruidos ni molestias. Teníamos café, cafetera y bollería al llegar. Hay una pequeña cocina y se puede cocinar perfectamente. Es un apartamento perfecto para unos cuantos días en Madrid, cerca del metro de Legazpi y también de Matadero. Está justo enfrente de un supermercado y el barrio es muy agradable y tiene de todo.

Sinceramente no hay nada que no me gustase.

The place itself was nice, clean, has a fridge, a coffee machine for big capsules, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Two sources of heating heat the apartment. A big flat LG TV comforts you after a long day. There were good restaurants nearby in the neighborhood. Mercadona next door is a live saver, with a bit farthest Al Campo. The metro station was 10 mins walk. There were four parks and a lot of playgrounds for kid.

The only one important accident marred our stay. The second evening someone wanted to knock down our door. The next day we found out it was each and every door of the host's apartments. That's not what you expected for a vacation.

A wonderful and very cozy room. It has everything you could possibly need or imagine in terms of amenities. Excellent location, very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed.
