Need to queue for more than 4 hours to check in, the reason is that the room not available (need cleaning). That is a ridiculous reason. The hotel management cannot manage the customers who are angry due to long queue.

MYI’ve paid bookings for two units: a one bedroom unit and a two bedroom unit, but when we got there the hotels only provide us one unit (the two bedroom). I’ve contacted the host thru the apps but no reply. Please help refund my booking for the one bedroom unit, we’ve had enough problems during the check ins and now have to squeeze in three families into one unit
MYFirstly, the room assigned to me was not ready even at 3:30 PM, which is well beyond the standard check-in time. Additionally, basic amenities such as towels and a kettle were missing from the room. Despite requesting these items, they were not provided promptly. To make matters worse, the toilet in the room had a very unpleasant odor that was noticeable even with the door closed. This significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. Furthermore, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. There was a long queue at the counter despite the availability of self-service kiosks, which did not seem to alleviate the waiting time. The overall experience was far from the standard I expected.
