Beautiful view and very clean apartment

Everything is beautiful, gorgeous landscape and sunsets, perfect location near the beach and also cute old towns such as Pitigliano and Sorano. This is a family owned place with special care and passion for welcoming guests. Fiorella and Massimo are super nice and ready to help with any questions or needs. The breakfast was spectacular and the room was equipped with everything we needed (including cooking utilities)

Nothing. Everything was perfect. I wish we stayed longer to fully enjoy the pool and walk around the property

Excellent place to stay away from crowded locations If you like quiet country site Lovely staff, good wines, excellent beaches. Especially beach Marina Di Alberese, if you decide to go there make sure you go before 10:00 as there is limited parking area

We stayed 12 nights at Podere n.8. The location of the building, the view is sensational, you can spot the sea in a few kilometers discance. The room was very comfortable, tidy, clean and new, equipped with everything you need. Delicious breakfasts were served every day, both savoury and sweet, and there was no lack of fruit, delicious coffee and tea. Andrea and Fiorella gave us very good tips for our daily excursions. In the evenings, they also prepared a real special dinner, such as Tuscan rabbit, guinea fowl, quail, and all the essentials, like pasta and fine wines. The huge, beautifully maintained garden was great to watch the sunset, the silence broken only by the singing birds. The owners' care was evident at every point of the property. We had a great time!
