Just a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop to Prince Street and a 15 minute walk to Haymarket train station. Lovely modern ground floor apartment. Full kitchen with everything you could need. Excellent communication with the host.

Perfect Location, perfect flat, good for parking and enjoy city without moving by car

Nothing, maybe an hair dryer can be useful, but just this note

Properly was clean and tidy, nicely decorated and set away from the busy streets of Edinburgh despite being a short walk from Haymarket.

Poor water pressure at times and no TV, the lounge felt a bit bare.

It was very clean, very easy to find, easy to check in, good communication and great location

This property lacks mirrors, we were going to a wedding and there was one mirror in the bathroom only, would recommend getting mirrors in the two bedrooms

Location is excellent and host was very responsive

Flat was a little basic, not much in the way of crockery (no bowls for breakfast!) and no TV for downtime

An advice for parking permit should be better placed ! Fine for missing is by 100 £ !

Everything about the apartment was good and in a good location aswell

The pillows on the beds were quite hard could of with a softer one
