Incompetent Will steal your property if you leave it. No microwave No refrigerator Don't leave your belongings in the safe Door not secure.

We booked on booking and confirmed as per request on what's up. When we arrived they updated that there no longer was room despite our booking. We had to scramble to find a place at night with two young kids and ended up paying a lot more.

The roof top swimming pool was looking nice.

We did not have good experience at this place. We have received e-mail from the property that apartment will be ready between 10-11am even though we have not requested it, but it worked for us so we got to the place around 11:15am, however the apartment was ready at around 1:45pm. But this was not a problem as we could leave our bags at the Reception while enjoying the beach.The apartment was worn out. Clean to lower domestic standard. Utensils provided for cleaning was broom, dust pan and mop with bucket. Property description was very inaccurate and misleading, no washing machine even though it was listed between equipment (we were offer laundry service for small fee), no microwave (was not required but it was listed), no toaster (was listed but it was not there), no cleaning products except for 1 hand soap and tiny bit of shower gel in shower dispenser, no washing up liquid for the dishes, no kitchen towel, 1 single size roll of very thin roll of toilet paper for 3 people staying for 2 nights, additional toilet in property description (was not there) We have booked accommodation for 2 adults and 1 child. Child was highlighted as ‘free stay’. There was no pillow, second blanket nor towel for third person. No information was given at the time of key collection, we thought it was downstairs, but it was not. Hotel staff member gave us some coupons for 2 people to get free breakfast at the place downstairs. The Reception office is listed as open from 10:30, but they staff is sometimes not in so it’s difficult to resolve the issues. Next morning we were told to go for breakfast to allocated place which took us long time to find as it is hidden between buildings. At the end we got overcharged few dollars for the electricity use (it is not included in price of stay), but we just wanted to leave this place as soon as possible.

Not accurate to the pictures at all. After paying, they make you sign a waiver signing away all your rights, even if there's cockroaches or anything else not working as it should. The rooms are littered with signs warning you that there will be extra fees if you do this and this and this. They will also charge you extra if you want to use the AC/for general electricity you use. Despite claiming that breakfast is included, they just gave us vouchers for a nearby restaurant who, when we went there for breakfast, didn't know anything about that and just told us to go elsewhere. The manager wasn't reachable through calling or WhatsApp or booking.com, so we indeed went elsewhere. When we later complained, we were told that for that specific day, breakfast was hosted in a different restaurant. This wasn't communicated anywhere, yet the manager still refused to take any blame. No refunds, after all. All they want is to make as much cash off of you as possible. Stay away!!!!!

*Caution* *Terrible Experience* First of all, I know that we did not rent a resort, so all the charges below are according to the description on Booking, so that other people do not fall into the same trap. We traveled as a group of 2 couples and rented a luxury apartment for 4 people for 6 days for $444.00. According to the description on Booking, this apartment has two bedrooms and two beds, with photos showing this. When we arrived in Punta Cana, they put us in an apartment with only one bedroom, one bed and a sofa bed. We complained and they would only have the apartment with 2 bedrooms after two days. Two days later, we went to change apartments and they charged us an additional $150.00 for the apartment we booked on Booking for $444.00, that is, a total of $599.00, different from the price on Booking. This same problem happened to another Brazilian woman we met there. *Other Problems* 1- They charge a daily cleaning fee (it's on the booking form), but no one will clean your apartment during your entire stay. 2- At check-out, an energy fee of $10 per day was charged, totaling $60. This fee is not listed in the booking form. 3- They only provide one bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper for your entire stay, without replacement. 4- We asked for a duvet and were charged for it. 5- There was no washing machine.
