Disappointing – The Reality Does Not Match the Photos I was disappointed with this accommodation, especially considering the premium price paid. Unlike other rented apartments, there was no complimentary coffee, tea, or even a bottle of water. The conditions were below expectations: the bed linen was old and worn out, the walls had stains and peeling plaster, and the bathroom door was damaged and didn’t close properly, leaving a visible gap from the outside. The toilet lid was missing, the water pressure was low, and there was only one remote control for the two TVs in the apartment. Additionally, the TV was missing in one of the bedrooms, and the handle of one bedroom door was broken. Cleaning was superficial: spider webs were visible in several places, dust was present, and other details indicated poor hygiene. In conclusion, the photos in the listing do not reflect reality, and the overall impression is that the owner is more interested in profit than in providing quality services. I do not recommend this accommodation.

The location in center

The place wasn't clean after the last clients, we have found a lot of damaged equipment and a lot of dirt. We have photos if someone wants to contest our review. Honestly, the price paid wasn't worth it..

Great location right near the central square, in historic areas. Very good communication from host. Huge bedrooms. Clean and private. Grocery store and lots of restaurants and shops all very close. In a pedestrian area.

Missing some things from the previous clean up crew. Not enough toilet. No kitchen soap, dirty sheets & towels left in closet. But the host recovered well. We got supplies after asking. Had to park a few blocks away.

The location of the apartment was great, directly in the downtown. The bedrooms were nice, a lot of space and comfortable.

We had a few issues with the apartment. First of all electronic door opener at the entrance is not working well. We spend 10min trying to open the front door of the building. Since we spent 4 days in Brasov it was super annoying all the time! When we entered the apartment we saw the bathroom door was broken, you couldn't really close the bathroom door. It's a glass sliding door directly into the kitchen. Kids wouldn't be able to close them themselves and you need to be careful with it. Also there is a big gap between door and wall, so the smells go directly into the kitchen and you can hear everything. No privacy! In the kitchen there was no pot to use with the induction stove, just a small pan, so we weren't able to cook properly. Besides that, the coffee machine was used and dirty when we arrived and empty plastic bottles were in one bedroom. Over all it was okay, but the big issue with the doors definitely need to be solved!

The worst apartment I've ever had seen! Very dirty, used cap with coffee, not cleaned well toilet. I don't even know what to say. Light is broken, toilet is impossible to close. And the main reason: the owner is scummer, features of the apartment includes A/C, BUT THERE IS NO A/C at all! I paid two times bigger price for this apartment because they had A/C in the features and in the description. I contacted owner to ask where is it and he just ignored. Totally not recommend!
