Landlord changed the location an hour before we were due to check in and gave us a really bad apartment.

The entry felt like a crack den. We arrived and the beds weren’t made The images we were shown weren’t accurate.

Nice house to stay in

Television didn’t work I have booked with you on many occasions When I called and the lady said there is more than 3 or 4 she asked for more money because more people than I put on but I messaged before hand to explain this she demanded another 150 pounds which I had to pay Why I put in another booking to check if price changes with number of people but it didn’t so why was I charged another 150 pounds completely ruined our stay I complained but no one has ever came back to me

It was so good the department was nearly city centre you can pick what every you wanna and staff were so pleased.i remember when the saff told me ( listen call me if you need help at any time) i appreciated her.

Property was good, clean & in a good location

The description says it’s a house & it’s not. It’s located above retail premises that play extremely loud music until very late which has I known I wouldn’t have booked as we were there for work & doing extremely long hours so being kept up most of the night from the noise wasn’t great.

Had a great stay here. Easy to find, next to shops and local restaurants. Host was great at helping with information

The apartment was lovely and exactly what we needed for a weekend away. It's in a great location and was clean and well equipped.

Everything was great although the addition of a full length mirror would make it even better. The mirrors in the apartment are mountained quite high so not great for shorter people. The other addition would be another couple of chairs for the dining table so everyone can sit and eat together. These are only minor things though and I would happily stay here again and recommend!

very dirty when we got there texted the host and still haven’t got back to us .There was dirty boxers and T-shirt in the Sofa,spit all down the walls, make up stains in the bed ,cooker can’t be used from a very bad smell ,kitchen wasn’t clean,bathroom floor was very unsteady.To have to pay a cleaning fee you would think the house would be nice also no courtyard.very rude host they happy to text u back when u give them money but ignoring you when there problems overall don’t stay here and waste ur money unless it’s for a party house not family get away also it’s like a flat only two floors

the property hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests had been there. we waited in the pavement while it was being cleaned but still stank of smoke and was not to standard. disappointing as the photos look nice! we ended up being moved to another property that’s decorated the same and still had issues of mould, make up smeared on the walls…

no long mirrors to get ready . very noisy property . didn’t sleep a wink . very basic doesn’t look t like the pictures .
