The place and owner are amazing. Very convenient. It was a great way to figure out if I would be able to handle commuting into Tokyo for work. I got to stay for 30 days and enjoyed my time here.

They did recently have 1 drunken Englishman that caused issues for the 2 days he was there. (Acting like he was the only person in the house, running from the bathroom to his bedroom dripping wet like he has never ever used a towel is his whole ~60 years. Banging on the door because he doesn't know how to use a key and too dumb to realize the door has 2 locks. Being naked as the day he was born in his room while leaving the door open for all to see his tiny stick and berries as they entered the house. Every one saw, he 'apologized' to all but never moved to actually put on clothes until after he had assaulted everyone in the house with that visual and we were all talking about of we should call police on him (in Japanese and Chinese which that man didn't understand a bit) they did decline his request to stay longer.)

向かいの部屋が少し空いていてとても不信感となにか異臭がしてしんどかったです。 また扉が空いてることでイビキなども聞こえて不快感がすごかったです。

The location is very convenient, almost next to the station, and clean room.

The directions were poor, particularly had to find at night. We walked around in circles and had to ask for help. Even the locals struggled with the directions in the check in message we got. There’s only 1 sink for the toilet facility for the entire house that can accommodate up to 10 people. Very small kitchen table that is not functional.

Very tradicional Japanese style house with the pros from the future, air conditioning and automatic toilet and bathtub, very cozy.

The only point to be careful is that is a house and you rent a room, and because is traditional tatami the walls are very thin. About security is okay the rooms have a padlock.

I liked the location and how close it was to the Metro. Room was small, but just when I needed for one person. Great value and would recommend!

The location for the address on Google Maps took me to the next street over. Once I found the right building everything was great!

It was clean, the owner was very nice, check in process was comfortable , she also gave very detailed photos and instructions to reach the place from the nearest station which is 5 mins away

It's a bit far from the city
