Close proximity to family and great walks nearby

Needs maintenance throughout, fence panels down in the garden so no good for pets, only 3 side plates and 1 bowl provided, not great for a family of 4. This was mentioned in a review in September but obviously still not sorted. Luckily I have family close by so I had to borrow from them. Mugs were dirty and only 3 were useable. Shower leaks over the floor and is very mouldy. There’s a massive crack in the bathroom sink, which has been badly repaired. Looks like damp coming through in most upstairs rooms. Cigarette butts left in the garden. Parking spaces provided but they are a nightmare to get into in, especially if all the neighbours are in. This is the first place I have stayed where not even a pint of milk is left for your arrival.

Nice little house with essential amenities. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet & the hosts have been very welcoming. The location was convenient to visit the nice beaches of south Wales as well as Brecon Beacons.

There were just a few things missing in the kitchen such as a couple of bowls for morning cereals.

Location for meeting family. Quiet location Easy access to main roads to Swansea & Glynneath Well presented and laid out house.

The ability to make breakfast was great the kitchen was beautiful, the location was just right place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Great location for our club meeting in glynneath. Clean and tidy. Dog friendly. Nice little secure garden. Private parking.

Nothing really - perhaps a cheese grater and a bigger pan to cook in. We were 3 ladies staying so could have done with some towels for wet hair too but all in all we were very happy.

Lovely little property, well situated and a fantastic nature walk 5mins walk away. Very clean and comfortable.

Could just do with some cereal bowls as there was only 1🤣

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with free and easy parking. The house is well-equipped with all you might need. All major equipment seems to be brand new. An enclosed garden at the rear was very useful for our little dog too.

The area has few facilities so stock up with what you might need, and plan your evenings - there is no local little pub for a meal or drinks. The location is ideal, however, for the Beacons and The Mumbles/The Gower Peninsula.

Excellent location for both the hills and the coast. Very clean and comfortable accomodation.

Location was very convenient, house was comfortable and exactly what we needed. Communication was very good.

Some maintenance is needed, but that did not cause any problems.
